Cannock Chase

As the weather was good and we knew the trails were running sweet we decided to spend the last day before lock down #2 riding some of the excellent off-piste mountain bike trails on Cannock Chase.

Here's the GoPro footage of a lot of them. We had a mint day.

Some highlights from a fun day riding through the autumn leaves at Stile cop on Cannock Chase.

Trails include Ridge Run, New Line, Wonderland, Little Bringe, Black Run and Red Run.

Four different off piste mountain bike trails that can be done by turning off the "Snap It" section on The Monkey Trail at Cannock Chase. Easy to lap them all by using the fire road and the "What Goes Up" climb on the way marked trail centre red route. They all definitely up the grade compared to the standard Upper Cliff descent.

We had a fantastic day riding on The Chase on Sunday. The weather was perfect and the trails were running sweet. Follow The Dog and The Monkey Trail are good but we prefer the "off-piste" trails, especially on a day like this when the trail centre would be super busy. These are some of the trails we rode.
