The descents from a big day day out mountain biking over Garburn Pass, Gatesgarth Pass and Nan Bield Pass in The Lake District. 25 miles of riding (and hike-a-biking!) with 4,700ft of climbing/descending. This video is just the descents. A classic ride this one. It had rained quite a bit the previous day but conditions were good on the day.
