Mountain bike riding in the English Lake District

By Admin The descents from a big day day out mountain biking over Garburn Pass, Gatesgarth Pass and Nan Bield Pass in The Lake District. 25 miles of riding (and hike-a-biking!) with 4,700ft of climbing/descending. This video is just the descents. A classic ride this one. It had rained quite a bit the previous day but conditions were good on the day.

The "Happy Days" trail section on Whinlatter trail centre's Altura North Loop. This is the first part of the descent on this loop though there is some climbing in it too - you'll hear me breathing hard on that! Sorry ;) Filmed the first time we rode it in March 2018.
